In 1992, psychologist David Meshulam founded Noam Institute Ltd. after seeing how unfamiliar employment assessments could leave capable candidates unsure of what to expect. He wanted to give job seekers the chance to prepare, practice, and approach those assessments with more confidence.
That mission grew into JobTestPrep, which has served more than one million customers preparing for employment assessments and hiring processes. Over the years, our teams have studied the tests employers use, the skills they evaluate, and the hurdles candidates encounter along the way.
